So do we have to post to the list the location and price of everything we find then? What a weird idea. But while the argument about this auction rages, I'm wondering whether the Gescom MD is any good? It sounds like quite a cool idea, but what's the music like? Also is there any other Gescom stuff recommended? (Yes I know it's usually the guys from Autechre, but this is them doing a different style, no?) the gescom MD is very non-linear type digital noise, and environments...the concept was to take advantage of the seamless shuffle function of the MD (although not all MD's do this, sony does, but not aiwa)...don't expect autechre, or even gescom typical material. greg

The gescom MD was more experimentational/noise, like Greg said.. though(correct me if I'm wrong but) Gescom is auetchre's side-project, particularly geared for working with other artists. IOW, not all gescom is like whats on the MD at all ian ---
