Yes, Force Tracks is another sublabel of Force Inc - not to be confused with the Force Labs label which is a newer Force Inc sublabel. Here is the discogs so far for both labels: Force Tracks: . Crane A.K.: Ancient Astronaut 12" (Force Tracks 001) . Care: World of Today 12" (Force Tracks 002) . Crane A.K.: Mon 20PM 12" (Force Tracks 003) . SCSI 9: Middle of the Way 12" (Force Tracks 004) . D. Diggler: Silverfinger 12" (Force Tracks 005) . Mathias Schaffhauser: Lido Hotel cd/2x12" (Force Tracks 006) . Luomo: Market 12" (Force Tracks 007) . MRI: konvex/kon 12" (Force Tracks 008) . A.Nov: s/t 12" (Force Tracks 009) . Mathias Schaffhauser: Desire 12" (Force Tracks 010) . Dub Taylor: Doin It 12" (Force Tracks 011) . Luomo: Synkro 12" (Force Tracks 012) . Safety Scissors: Free Range Deductions 12" (Force Tracks 013) . Luomo: vocal city cd (Force Tracks 014) . MRI: II 12" (Force Tracks 015) . Crane A.K.: Monostatic 12" (Force Tracks 016) Force Labs: . Force Labs comp #1 12" (Force Labs 01) . Force Labs comp #2 12" (Force Labs 01) -->-Lance--- lance@inaudible.com p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

what does Force Labs focus on primarily? i wasn't aware that this new sublabel existed... also, since they released a 12" on Force Tracks, this is at least partially relevant: does Safety Scissors have any CD releases available, and if so, from whom? i have heard really good things about them, but haven't actually heard the music at all. thanks matt +------------------------------------+ m.mercer :: systm audio-visual communicator http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/98/systm.html mmercer@kent.edu :: vletrmx@hotmail.com ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

The two Force Labs releases so far dont sound that different from the styles steaked out by Force Inc - minimal techno with an experimental edge.

The new Deadpan Escapement Reconstructed cd on Context is a Safety Scissors-related project but I think it's the only cd release by them. There are however several vinyl-only releases on Context and Belief-Systems. Visit http://www.belief-systems.com for more info and some sound samples. -->-Lance--- lance@inaudible.com p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
