Does anyone know where I can find copies of the Tino's Breaks series?(a project Jack Dangers is involved with) Everywhere I look they seem to be out of it or it is unavailable. Are there any other Jack Dangers collabs(other than EBN, Consolidated, Disposable Heroes of Hipoprisy) that anyone would recommend. BTW: I have no clue who most of these artists are that you guys discuss in this list. I feel really "out-of-it" anymore! Thanks for any help!

While it's not a Jack Dangers collaboration, I'd *highly* recommend the new 12" by Radar called "Antimatter" on Om records. Every track here is great. Especially the B-side "Next Millenium". The break type and spaciness give that certain Meat Beat chill. Or for that matter, browse through the latest Om Records collection "Deep Con: Deep Concentration Volume 3". If you like Meat Beat, you'd probably like a big chunk of the Om records roster. ======================================================================= Brian MacDonald <brianm@kuci.org> KUCI 88.9 fM in Irvine, CA -- Orange County ======================================================================= On Tue, 1 Aug 2000, Rick Krakora wrote:

Yup, there's a Mellowtrons/Meat Beat Manifesto split on Skam records: (SKA012) 12" 1. Meat Beat Manifesto- Not Playing God (Funny Noises Mix) 2. The Mellowtrons- Bittersweet Synthphony ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

www.dustygroove.com is a good place to search for the Tino's Breaks series of 12s. I located mine via Dustygroove, and their service is fine. You should also try www.tinocorp.com for up-to-date info on all things Jack Dangers + Ben Stokes + Mike Powell related. Jack is also working with the Spontaneous Human Combustion if you haven't already heard --there's a MBM remix on the City Of Angels 12" release, "All For Nothin'" that came out several months ago. Not the best tune, but Jack does a nice job remixing it in his beat & bass heavy style. Check www.shcombustion.com for sound-files. You can always reference www.brainwashed.com/mbm for further MBM/TinoCorp related info of course.
