I've read several articles about Reaktor that got me pretty interested in the possibility of using the program, but I really don't know all too much about modular synthesis and am generally confused by the program. Does anyone know of any resources that would be helpful with getting started in Reaktor and maybe building a simple synth? I'm trying to assess how well it'd suit my needs before investing in a store bought copy with more complete documentation. Also, any general comments from Reaktor users and their experiences with it would be appreciated. Thanks. -Aaron --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

I'm not sure what kind of copy you have right now....demo?...radium warez? But the UK magazine 'Computer Music' July 2000, has a great tutorial on building a synth in Reaktor. Barnes and Noble carries the mag in the US ($14, comes with cd-rom, money well spent), or 3 pounds if you live in UK. Hoe this helps...the documentation on Reaktor is well...not that easy to get into.
