I recently picked up a copy of the Selection Sixteen LP and lo and behold, there was a 10" packaged in with it labeled Anti-greylord Protection Scheme with several extra tracks. On the front of the record sleeve, there is a sticker saying "with four additional mixes", but is this just a promotional scheme on Warp's part to make me think I'm getting something special? If anyone knows the score on this 10", please let me know. Bob.

What are the four extra tracks on the 10"? Because my Selection Sixteen CD came with a little sticker that said 'Includes 4 Bonus Mixes'. I have the UK version of the CD. I think the US one is the same, though. The four 'bonus' tracks are, AFAIK, ubiquitous and not actually 'bonus' at all. I'd be interested to find out otherwise, of course... -adam On Sat, 15 Jul 2000 03:53:50 PDT, analog lifeform wrote:

I'm willing to bet they're 'bonus' in the sense that the LP itself doesn't contain them. The 10" is probably limited to the first 2 or 5 thousand copies of it. -- andrij. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

so, i'll direct my question to you, then... i have the UK version (i bought it from warp). is your version the US version? i'm wondering if that's the difference... there should be some reason behind this. -adam -- Adam Piontek [http://www.tcinternet.net/users/damek/] ICQ: 3456339 [damek@earthling.net] ... I belive so, it's co-released with 'Nothing' records, which is handling Warp releases here in the states. Whatever the case, the tracks aren't there. TO ALL : I would really like to get a copy of the extra tracks that were on the UK release of Selection 16, perhaps we could arrange a trade or something.
