i know folks have been going back and forth on the quality of the deadpan escapement: recontructed compilation (on sutekh's label context), but after some concentrated listening, it's really growing on me. i think matmos' contribution is a little weak (unfocused), but timeblind's hip hop rmx is fucking amazing - sounds a lot like trash aesthetic, which is funny because mannequin lung falls in right after... check phoenicia's track: a lovely, almost ambient outing. and mannequin lung's squirrly, curliqueued house. and especially stewart walker's almost hawtin-like experiment. oh, and mick harris' dub dirge as well... well worth it. phil

It's not out yet!!! Keith/Sutekh only gave some promos away for review purpose... The Phoenecia track is really amazing!!! Like Coil at its best=)
