Some people just love to be martyrs. Truth is, i'm getting tired of getting no answers about my musical doubts. Who cares... i'll keep on anyways. In the Tortoise remix album, there's a track remixed by Spring Heel Jack called Galapagos. I've been searching for anything that sounds remotely like it, and never had any luck. I love spring heel jack's work, indeed. But that Galapagos track just gives me the goosebumps... any suggestions? --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

they had an awesome track on a compilation called Macro Dub Infection around 1994. similar to the Tortoise remix but better IMHO. definitely their best track. I like 69 million shades (LP) as well, but it's not as fluid as the MDI track. josh -- String Theory : Digital Music for Humans http://www.enteract.com/~yoshi/index.cgi On Thu, 8 Jun 2000, Eric Gamboa wrote:

There's a compilation by Volume (UK magazine/CD guys) that came out around 1996(?), I believe it's called "Breakbeat Science" that has a "Galapagos 2" track by SHJ. You may want to check that out.
