An immersive resynthesis of sound and video
in the Brooklyn Bridge Anchorage
[U.S. Premiere]
Opens June 1, 7pm
In conjunction with NoiseGate, Creative Time will also present REMIX - a
series of collaborative performances to contextualize the sonic practices
of Granular
Synthesis within the larger scope of composition and production of
electronic music. Renowned electronic composers from around the world will
collaborate live
with Granular Synthesis using the sonic material of their installation as a
springboard.

REMIX NIGHTS [Thursdays in June]

In tandem with Granular Synthesis, these artists will change the immersive
audio/visual environment of NoiseGate by placing their sonic imprint on the
installation, ultimately creating more than a soundtrack, but an improvised
re-engineering of the work.
