Richard Thomas is not Richard D James. I don't know anything about a Squarepusher/RDJ collaboration, but there was a Richard Thomas/Squarepusher 12" called "I am Carnal and I Know That You Approve" which has some tracks from the new Richard Thomas album "Soggy Martyrs".
