it sounds like "Doctor WhooooOOOOOoooo! Doctor Who!" with weird Dr. Who noises in it and etc. The "Gary Joins the JAMS" remix is the bomb, not only is Gary Glitter in it, he yells "Do Ya Wanna TOUCH ME?" Oh yeah! .Bil.
