Blazin is probably one of the best comps I have picked up all year. There are lots of quality tunes to rinse. I had them on my show a little while back and they played alot of dubplates of their upcoming releases, all really great tunes. I believe they have the Infantry ep out soon (I think that is the correct name).

I don't know if I would say Ed Rush & Optical are the usual tech step sounds. Those guys keep cranking out innovative tunes...."Bacteria" and "Watermelon" were really exceptional tunes.

I agree. At the time, the Underfire Blazin compilation was one of the most refreshing albums I had heard in a while. Stakka and Skynet continue to produce great tracks. I wasn't so impressed by the Voyager compilation that came out previously, however. Besides the Dom Rmx I got relatively bored with it. As far as Ed Rush & Optical: these guys are true innovators. Anything but the usual tech step. Wormhole being one of my favorite LP's. Mike A. --On Wednesday, December 01, 1999, 3:18 PM -0800 Will Samuels <w_technoir@yahoo.com> wrote:
