I'd like to suggest that everyone stay away from this place. It's utterly evil. I went to SF this weekend and spent too much money. It's ridiculous. I couldn't stop. They have too much. And there's one in Berkeley too. I'm just thankful there's no such monster in Richmond, VA, else I might never be able to purchase food. What a maddening place. Stuff I found in Amoeba that's cool, because you care: bisk. 'strange or funny ha-ha?' .. What else is out by this guy/girl/group? This release is really nice. monolake. 'interstate'. biosphere/deathprod. 'nordheim transformed; thomas brinkmann. 'totes rennen' (or whatever in god's name it's called) the history of the jams. 'aka the timelords' (okay, so it's not so good, but i'm a sucker for klf) three mile pilot. 'an old town we once knew' (okay, so it's not idm but 3milepilot/blackheartprocession produce some of the best music i've heard recently and this compilation of older, unreleased stuff is nothing but the best). So anyway, I'd like to conclude this post by saying please, please, please. If you value your soul and/or wallet, stay the hell away from Amoeba Music. Too much stuff. - wells oliver / s0ewoliv@titan.vcu.edu " The ball is round. The game lasts ninety minutes. This much is fact. Everything else is just theory. hey, the KLF are an amazingly important band. where would plunderphonics be without _1987 (what the fuck is going on?)_? give me "3am eternal" over anything mike p's ever done any day. * #### a disturbance in a system. #### laerm. @voicenet.com ##:# icq: 5562209 never been closer to heaven/never been further away --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Time (earlier) and Ticklish Matters (later). I find Time more similar to Strange and Funny than TM is. Oh, Bisk is one Japanese guy, I think. Very cool indeed. jeff
