How about darkwave band names? Or whatever you want to call them. They
always have 3 words. noun, verb, direction/place. interesting.
Love Spirals Downwards
Soul Whirling Somewhere
There are others, but I don't pay too much attention to projekt bands.
etc etc

wait... you mean long, preposition-filled phrases (Godspeed You Black
Emperor, His Hero Is Gone, Her Space Holiday, "As we quietly burn a hole
into...", A Minor Forest ) etc?
i'm fascinated by the linguistics of emo titles. there seems to be an
unwritten rule behind most of them, but i can't identify it. but the thing
is, when you hear an emo title or name, you know it's emo immediately.
same w/ the old SxE hardcore bands... they were in love with compound words
(breakdown, warzone, etc.) -- which i always found particularly, amusingly,
germanic and fascistic. :)
