From what I understand from the cosmic crofter's previous correspondance,
BoC do not want current music planned for the new album broadcast, as they
are paranoid about being ripped off before the album is released. In
otherwords, its a blanket ban on broadcast until their new album comes out.
Which is fair enough if you are a paranoid Scot.
