Actually that's a misquote, but the same difference never the less...

Ok, I'll break it down for you. I've been on IDM for years. I'm long gone from the days where I would read every single message, post record/event reviews and make comments on things that I was interested in or knew about, but I still understand the drive/passion/whatever that makes someone do these things. I've read every single post you've made since you subscribed and they all have pretty much rubbed me the wrong way. You might not be aware that your posts make you out to be an over zealous know it all, but they do. Constantly posting track listings consisting of nothing but testpresses/cdr's and/or giving 'the inside dirt' all the time is an extremely dangerous practice. One that can, and most likely will isolate you from all the poor saps that HAVE to wait in line at the record store every week. The only one who's posted that kind of stuff here and come out smelling like a rose is Lance, who is a fucking saint. I haven't a bad word to say about him and doubt I ever will. That's just the way it is. I'm not telling anyone what to say or how to say it, I'm just explaining the reality of the matter, as I see it. 'Slow your roll, nigga' brockout. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

On a positive note I'd just like to say that I live on a missile-plagued, earthquake-wracked pacific island, with little chance of getting any of these mad tunes I read about on here, but I still like to read about 'em! Cheers to Andrew and all you cats How I see it John --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
