Hello, One of those questions that has been asked many times.....is IG88 aphex twin? I checked the definative discography on the warp site and since IG88 was not listed I am guessing it is not Aphex Twin? Who is it then? Just wondering since I am going to see him/her this sunday along with others from the rephlex crew. Thanks, Melinda

You mean Aphex was the tall droid in Empire Strikes Back? Back on topic - can anybody point out any IDM acts that improvise heavily while on stage? The few bands that pop up in my town often play carbon copies of their pressed music. But before I start slagging the "genre", I figured some feedback would be nice. I'm sure (hoping) there are many ... Much talk is made of the "jazz" influence some artists flaunt, so I'm wondering how they apply its lessons (i.e. Carl Craig's Innerzone Orchestra - does their live performance mutate and develop differently every night?).
