2 notes that no one on the list probably cares about, but: 1) I finally got a subwoofer and I must admit it puts an entirely new spin on old (and new) stuff! Everyone MUST have one to appreciate much music on this list. DIsjecta has never sounded so filling. "I am as happy as a little girl ..." 2) Anyone interested in CDRing a copy of HAB 1 and 2 (WAP 67/68) for me (or selling the vinyl)? My cassette copy of a cassette copy (probably from yet another cassette copy) is dead. And my life is the worse for it. Extort me for unconscionable payment, I beg of you. I will make it worth your effort. 3) oops, can't count - What's up with all the good music being used to hawk stuff on commercials nowadays? AIr, Mingus, even the Smiths ... it's frightening. On Friday night I set up Tully's 8-speaker system (4 subs, two L+R front mid&tops and two ambient out-of-phase rear speakers) for a farewell party. The other DJ's playing all were blown away by the sound, commenting that they were hearing things on well-loved recordings that they'd never heard before. Also : set up the rig on top of a grand piano ... that was a first! <italic><color><param>7F00,0000,7F00</param>> <color><param>7F00,0000,7F00</param> DIsjecta has never sounded so filling. </italic></color>Disjecta?
