After over 30 releases over the past 8 years on a variety of labels
including Cheap, Disko b, Breakin, Craft/Sabotage, Pomelo, Morbid,
Tension, The Super Corp, Plug Research, Gig, and Mo Wax, IT 12 finds
Gerhard Potuznik in his debut appearance on Interdimensional
Transmissions. This ep, the 20th Door, showcases Gerhard's obsessive
love affairs with with Joy Division and his G3 Powerbook. The record
itself is specifically engineered to get lost in, with 5 perfect loops and
an inside out flip side. With Gerhard's explorations, Interdimensional
Transmissions continues it's adventures into unique individualistic
stand out electronic music.

Adult is back with their second 12" appropriately entitled
"Entertainment." Kuperus and Vulpine (of LeCar/Plasma
Co./Artificial Material) have finally accepted their role as
entertainers with 4 dynamic and potent songs that they
themselves define as "popular music for dancing." Adult
leaves behind obvious elements of the past for greater
uncertainty and movement, layering themselves with
multiple and opposing intentions. Interpretation may
vary from the perverse to the insipid, from the contrary
to the complete. Adult Entertainment offers an assort-
ment of new methods for those that are bold enough
to peek inside. 4 songs that can be as clean or as dirty
as the listener make them. Program A is persistent with
an impatient intensity that leaves the listener breathless,
yet wanting more. Program B continues with this abstract
passion, but in a more decipherable format, ready to be
utilized for appropriate diversions. Adult delivers a full
and enigmatic range of musical works to satisfy this
mortal need for new and exciting entertainment that is
in us all.
