Not all that good IMO. A bit aimless - the Freeform 12" on Skam is better.

I think one 12" was produced by Gianluigi. Kromode was his label. I have a Box Blaze 12" on sick orange vinyl which is acidic, Mike Dred styled tracks. Not too hot, it sounded dated at the time IMO - I think the other Kromodes are in this vein too?

Eep! I have to jump in here.... I think the Freeform 12" on Skam as a whole is a little better than the Warp doublepack, but there's one almost junglish track on Prowl that is just sooo bloody amazing! Deep, abrasive polyrhythms and layers of distortion and a surprisingly thought-out melody (rare for Simon around this time) which still sends shivers down my spine. This track is one of my favorites from him.... (along with Palavalamp and a few tracks from the Sprawl album). So there. Aaron
