Just to point out in England the traditional short form of Richard is Dick; the long (extended) version of Dick is therefore Richard. I thought it was quite clever really! Of course, nowadays Dick is gradually being replaced by Rich for obvious reasons! BABY DIDDY

my name is Thad Biggerstaff. made quite a few playground jokes, to which i always replied "but its true..." ;) but my father's name is a doosey- Richard Biggerstaff- and he actually goes by the traditional short form of Dick... Dick Biggerstaff. yup thats my pa :) -Thad
