i'd start with his Concept variations (the remix of Hawtin's Concept work)
or either of his CDs on Suppose. hold off on the 12"s, perhaps, because
they're best appreciated as a set, and unless you're a rabid completist,
it's a bit overwhelming to be confronted with SO MANY goddamn 12"s in
identical sleeves (ok, some are orange, some yellow, one green, but you
know). i'll admit: i stopped buying the max/ernst titles because there
were just too friggin many of them, and they all sounded alike to me anyway.
