Never thought I'd say this, and I'm probably dropping my standards or going soft, but I'm really enjoying this Moonshine comp called "option.FM - electronic transmissions" (98); just got it 2nd hand and it's pretty jolly nice. Dub pistols/the freshmaka/tranquility bass/gus gus / espiritu / dj snow / color filter / dj spooky with burro banton / plastilina mosh / thievery corporation / junkie xl / keoki / lunatic calm Of course some of these are duds and deserve the SKIP treatment, but on the whole it's moody background wallpaper that could be lots worse. On the Ae front : I haven't heard EP7 yet so cannot join in the fray. Unfortunately. Can we have a general consensus : is the thing good or bad? Hands up all those in favour ... I *

again.. i love it!! but dont expect the overt, pretty, melodic side of idm. its an awkward listen, but really, once you get into the groove of the whole thing, its great! but then again, i enjoy the sound of our broken bathroom fan, so take my opinion for what its worth. chris. music, four lunchpails: wednesdays 7-9pm kuci 88.9fm www.kuci.org "Nope.
