Hello. The Bleepbloop Server is still online. Point your FTP software to: poly.syncopated.net name:bleep pass:bloop Remember, there are strict rules about what is uploaded. Please limit your contributions to rare/deleted recordings... Mask 500 is good, Come to Daddy is very, very bad. Also, for those new to IDM... you may be interested in knowing that my connection to Bleepbloop FTP is in name only... the site is being hosted by someone else who stepped in after the original Bleepbloop site (mine) was shut down. Also, for my own plug, I just got in my hands today the new issue of Interface magazine which features my article on MP3's.... I caught up with Sean Booth of Autechre for the piece where he talks about his own records being bootlegged on the internet. Quality stuff, if I may modestly say so myself. also, to piggback this post, i have my own little mp3 site up, cuz i had encoded all these files for bleep bloop uploading, but i couldn't get in all day (all you peeps were clogging the server!). so i'm using loads of space up on two xoom accounts, chances are that they'll be deleted sometime in the future, so grab 'em while you can. theres only about a dozen songs (one semi-complete album, two eps, and a loose track), no idm 'poster-boys', but some of my favorite deleted material, also some oop/unreleased hip hop. enjoy http://multsanta.home.sprynet.com/mp3.htm later, mlt
