I will update everyone on these items on Tuesday. I had a gig Saturday night and then went out of town for a couple of days. I have a lot of requests and bids to respond to but it should be wrapped up by tommorrow night with the auction ending on Sunday, June 20th.Thanks for your interest! Steve Grant

I seem to recall a person by the nickname of blipvert ripping me off on a Young American Primitive CD.

You were very late sending your check (about three weeks). I never cashed your check, never sent your CD, never wrote you back. It was about two years ago. Grow up. Andrew Hime wrote:

Well, I think this says it all. Wow, 3 weeks. Who should grow up here?

Actually, you might want to both accelerate your crawl towards emotional maturity and take this offlist. Just a thought. Tom

This is not a personal flame..just some thoughts on selling items....all IMO If someone sent a late-payment check to a seller, _at the very least_ the seller should tell the buyer "I'm not selling you the item because you sent payment too late and I'm tearing up your check" 3 weeks is not an outrageous amount of time. A good seller would return the check to the buyer if he/she is not going to sell them an item the buyer sent payment for, even if the payment was sent 3 weeks after an agreement was made. It is not very nice practice to have a check you sent someone floating out there never having been cashed, never receiving an item, and never hearing from the seller.
