Hahaha...touchy now aren't we :) I would think MOST people by now would REALIZE that once you put something on a mailing list, it's up for dispute or discussion. Make a little sense....doesn't it? Yes you stated your opinion and I stated mine, it's called a thread. If it bothers you for someone to share a different opinion, I would recommend you don't post. And I think you should be more secure about your opinions. It doesn't bother me in the slightest when someone slags something I like. With regard to "purpose", mine was just as valid as yours. You said it was great, I said it wasn't. Now for some IDM content. I have to give thumbs up to the new CIM on Delsin. It's a really nice single with about 8 tracks. I have an older single by him with Sean Deason on the Headspace label. Does anyone have any info on upcoming releases off Delsin? Cheers _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Get your free @yahoo.com address at http://mail.yahoo.com

Yes the CiM ep is indeed excellent. I'm kind of surprised that the Delsin label hasnt gotten mentioned before. The Peel Seamus and Cellvoice records from 97-98 are all just as worthy of praise. Dutch abstract electronica at it's finest! Regarding the upcoming Delsin releases, the next scheduled release is by 154 who has previously recorded for the Eevolute, 100% Pure, and Lower East Side labels. I've not heard this new Delsin release yet but i do have the 154 releases on Eevolute and 100% Pure and both are excellent. So expect no less from this one! Delsin discography... . Peel Seamus: Publik Draft Cassette (Delsin - 1 dsr/psm 4) . Peel Seamus: Audience EP 12" (Delsin - 2 dsr/psm 2) . Cellvoice: One 12" (Delsin - 3 dsr/cvc 1) . Peel Seamus: Elusive Souls 12" (Delsin - 4 dsr/psm 3) . CiM Service Pack 12" (Delsin - 5 dsr/cim 1) . 154: Moon fm desire 12" (Delsin - 6 dsr/154 1) For more info and Real Audio snippetts of early releases, check the official Delsin site: http://www.sonik.demon.nl/delsin/ -->-Lance--- mclance@nacs.net lance@inaudible.com p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states

I read really great things about the Peel Seamus a while ago. Unfortunately, the only record store i saw it at won't let you listen to it. The two twelve inches By Peel Seamus are pretty different in style aren't they. It sounded like one was IDM sounding and the other a little more drum n bass-ish. Is that true? I would like to hear some comments on which is better I guess i'll have to pick those up

Ok, sorry for the delay, had to dig out my peel seamus records - not an easy task in my room of unorganized record stacks! : ) Anyway, Peel's Elusive Souls ep has three tracks of classic black-doggy abstract electronica and one d&b-ish track. Peel's Audience ep has two tracks of black-doggy abstract electronica and two tracks of d&b-ish stuff. But dont let the d&b-ish tag frighten you. Peel adds a great abstract melodic sound to his breaks making those tracks quite pleasent to my ears and i'm usually not hot on most d&b. btw: I believe http://www.bentcrayon.com/ has all the delsin 12"s in stock. -->-Lance--- mclance@nacs.net lance@inaudible.com p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states

Will: In The Mix show 581 (or maybe it's 582; anyway, there's a full tracklisting up for each show so it should be easy to find) has a track from his latest on headspace and a track from his latest on delsin playing. hope this helps. andrew http://www.globalserve.net/~cognition Will Samuels wrote:
