Hello I got through a copy of GC's Pentamerous Metamorphosis the other day and was very surprised to see that is was on the Dedicated label. It's in a card sleeve and the only date on it is 1993. Is this the original version or has the Dedicated release now also been re-issued? I thought that the only re-issue was the one in the US on the Hit-It label.. Can someone put me straight? Also has everyone else had their orders sorted from the Ransom List a little while back? I keep sending mails to Lance with no reply on the matter, I wanted three CDs but I still await the confirmation of the total cost inc shipping. Just wondered if anyone else is still waiting... graham - afaik, you have the original version, as do I. although someone told me that the original release of the Chapterhouse album included the remix disc, I have yet to prove this to be true. in actuality, I think that in response to the U.S. reissue of the remix disc, Dedicated has now reissued the Chapterhouse disc in the UK with the remix disc included. either way, it's not hard to find these days. but having the original release is always nice. some notes: our original version includes a brief sample from Star Wars at the start of one of the tracks (track three? - don't have my copy handy) that lucasfilms naturally forced them to remove. and I've been told that the reissue was also remastered, but I haven't been able to do a side-by-side comparison. lastly, I'd recommend that your store this disc in either a slimline or jewel case as the ink they used in printing the cardboard sleeve has the propensity to slowly eat at the lacquer of the disc. not a good thing. cheers, daevid.

This was GC's (as well as Chapterhouse's) label at the time and, if I'm not mistaken, still was until recently. Someone posted that they may be signing to Island, don't know which moniker this will be... The Jedi?

Unless it was reissued in the UK in the original packaging, this should be the original version.

I think this one was released on Dedicated US. The "Remotion" comp is on Hit-It. Mike.
