uh, encouraged by _who_? i think it's explicitly against their stated rules. probably meets legal definition of fraud, in fact (tho good luck catching someone in the act). as for the question posed by the original poster: if it's a pal, tell him to cut it out. chances are, tho, you don't wanna go so far as to actually report him; friendship is based on a sense of security between two people that includes the ability to reveal one's shortcomings (even wrongdoings) knowing the confessee won't go and tattle (unless, of course, the transgression we're talking about is something profound, like murder, that blows the terms of the implicit contract out of the water). if it's not a friend, tho, i say bring the hammer down on him. jeff
