Got my copy of 'Toshoklabs presents: Dated' in the post on
saturday morning, and I have to agree with Lances option
that this is some high quality stuff.
The CD is 11 tracks of very varied styles, from Ambient,
to messed up Drum and Bass, and covering a lot of ground
in between. This isnt to say that it doesn't flow as it
twists and turns. Current favorites from this are
Cardboardmen: 'Sythesis', Solomandilate: 'Misnomer', and
Jack Russel + Lou Frutiger: 'Smokes'. Its great to hear
such high quality material comming from list members.
A label to watch. Oh and the packaging is beautifully
designed as well. What more could you ask for.
