i recently picked up navy warship, and i like it a lot.. can anyone give me some suggestions of what else i should pick up of his, or his labels? and where i could get it for cheap? also, i've been seaching for some really dark.. really complex, intelligent electronic music.. like pissed off music, but not the elementry atari teenage riot stuff.. really good stuff.. any suggestions for that?? alex

Navy Warships is one of my favorite Phthalocyanine releases but he has produced a number of similar sounding releases also on his phthalo label. . Ekswyzia: Logans ep cdr (Phthalo 02) . just e aware that if you have the navy warship cd, you have the a-musik release :) i have both, but im a fanatic when it comes to noisey stuff and vinyl. if you really want to get into it, the prmc-2 (plug research mini compilation 2) 12" has some amazing stuff on it, including a VERY well done piece from phthalo. this, i think, wins for my favorite 12" ever. props to dimitri/phthalo, danny/low res and the plug research boys for putting out 4 songs that have, over the years, still kept my ears happy :) on dark/angry stuff:
