and don't expect them to ever answer you. steinberg is a horrible company with sub par products. i stupidly bought cubase for my mac, and it's terrible terrible terrible program. a huge waste of money. I have had so many problems with it that i have tried SEVERAL times to contact steinberg, and they have never responded...i've been thinking about contacting the better buisness burueu about it...if i could return the item i most certainly would. so, fuck steinberg, they've been nothing but un cooperative. i recently purchased protools and couldn't be happier with it. pissed off, -joshua...

ok - time to stand up for steinberg - i run cubase / wavelab on my pc - have never had any significant problems - they're generally much more stable than most of the other apps i ever use, and when i have had problems i have found the support staff in both the uk + the us to be pretty helpful
