i agree with the "buy it, it's great" part, totally. but "crunchy beats" is about the last description i'd give it (and would turn me off had i never heard it), and the drexciya comparo has me scratching my head (which drexicya? i thought i had them all...). these are smooth, smooth tracks, very reminiscent of early human league (the best b.w. usually is) -- warm and mellow, but still engaging and quite funky. if you liked b.w.'s "desktop robotics" ep on rephlex, this is similar. sc

Hmm.... makes so much sense in my head. I think the track "Melodie D'Aout" and "Program 6" off "program 11" 12" are the most crunchy with less than obvious references to the Drexciya sound.... but it's still there...... Aaron

what do you mean by "the drexciya sound" in these tracks, though? eric
