anyone have an opinion on sir fehlmann's (sp?) solo album on r&s? i saw that alx paterson did some co-writing and engineering and wondered if it was any good... also saw a new Jimpster album recently 'messages from the hub'..of course i'm gonna pick it up but i just wanted to get a peek...anyone heard this? ps - bought a new Pure Plastic record (the artists name escapes me) that has a Plaid remix on it...very dancey latin anthem style...real nice. :) mikebee ::mikebee@sirius.com ::21st Century Soul

The Thomas Fehlmann "flowing: 90-98" album is excellent. Blissed out ambient dub ditties without being trancelike or otherwise lame. Tons of production work. The tracks are all just about four minutes or less! The whole thing works great as an album, and the tracks stand alone just as well. It's an excellent record. One of the few things I've paid import price for recently that I was truly happy with from beginning to end. Happy! Tom
