If I remember correctly, the title of this picture at warp-net said N.o.W. which probably stands for Nightmares on Wax. Correct me if I am wrong.

I think it's DJ Ease from nightmares on wax - this picture came from a self-consciously trendy brit fashion/lifestyle mag called Dazed and Confused. It had a big pictorial about the most radical musical artists about, but clearly was written by someone who didn't actually listen to them. For example (if I remember rightly), Afx's best album was 'come to daddy', Autechre's best single was 'Tri Repetae' - it was enough to make your average idm trainspotter's blood boil...
