noto live at tonic (nyc) 1/27/ 99 mr. noto was excellent last night. he performed with a dj who did subtle abstract scratching, which noto seemed to be reprocessing live with one of his two laptops. the mood was heavy, thick, droney, beatless.....sort of like pole minus the dub. excellent excellent excellent.

is this a tour? or just a one shot deal? if it is a tour, could someone point me in the right direction for info? chris.
