Dunno why I'm stepping into this as I've never heard it either, but I spoke to them and they told me it's a more German techno sound influenced by their early days as rave organizers in and around Munich. Apparently not like you'd expect, so don't give your firstborn for a copy of this one. Fakesch himself compared it to Unit Moebius, if that does anything for you...Brock ____________________________________ Brock Phillips - bphil@email.unc.edu WXYC 89.3 FM The New Science Experience Tune in every Sunday night 10-12 AM EST http://www.wxyc.org for live RA broadcast Promos, demos, etc. welcome for submission Email for postal address and details... I asked this 'cause a friend in Amsterdam picked up a bunch stuff from Clone for me and Acid Planet 12 is in the batch he is sending. I won't be giving away my firstborn but in this bull market, I'm sure I can find someone who will if the record doesn't suit my tastes. :-)

What a great attitude. For all those who really care Acid Planet 11 and Acid Planet 12 were repressed. That's why Clone has them and that's why a few new copies are floating around circulation. You should be able to get both of them for under $20 each including shipping cost. In fact the Funkstorung - Artificial Garbage LP on Interr-Fered was just repressed as was the rare Portrait Of A Dead Girl (the original Viewlexx test, not the DiskoB release). Ferenc (the mastermind behind Hotmix) represses material every so often. My guess is that Acid Planet 13 and Acid Planet 14 (a Funkstorung LP and a Music Aus Strom LP) will be repressed eventually as well. Funny how my latest Hotmix order should arrive at my doorstep as I'm writing this. -rbc3
