Bizarrely, I just read this from Bent Crayon's list:

Just four days ago I had a chance meeting with a local DJ friend, who needed a lift to literally two blocks away from where I live in order to drop off a tape of his mixing with the above "Tall Paul" who had heard him DJ-ing last weekend, and expressed approval. Apparently Tall Paul is in South Africa in order to guest DJ at Sun City yesterday - spent a while down in scenic Cape Town prior to flying up there for the gig. Should I know this name? Should I be impressed? Who exactly is this? (And no, he wasn't at the given address when we got there - so, opportunity of a lifetime sadly missed...) I *

should you know his name? well, if you lived in the UK you probably wouldn't be able to avoid it :) should you be impressed? well, if hard, fast, progressive house/trance kind of thing impresses you. (sorta like the late Tony De Vit) you haven't missed the opportunity of a lifetime, IMO, Irene. Andrew :) Irene McC wrote:
