Hi all, Can anybody tell me more about J. Swinscoe? All I know is the track on Funkungfusion, and a new track I heard last night on Mary Anne Hobgoblin - "J. Swinscoe presents the somethingorother orchestra" which was awesome. I seem to remember that someone was raving about an upcoming release on the list, before Christmas, maybe they can pump us up with their info-jism. Any info would be nice. I think that he/they is/are going to be rather important this year, especially after hearing the quality of the track I heard last night. Thanks Matt

Yes, this 12" is out on NinjaTune. I don't have nor do i remember the exact name. Just ask you mail order service or visit your favourite record store. He did also a remix for Ryuichi Sakamoto's 'Prayer/Salvation' single on NinjaTune. I have this one and his remix is quiet great. J.Swinscoe is international Ninja distribution guy extrodinaire by day, hep jazz cat by night. We are releasing his first 12" next week (the one you heard), called 'Presents Cinematic Orchestra'. He's also had a track on 'Funkungfusion', a remix on Ryuichi Sakamoto's 'Prayer/Salvation', and a remix on the upcoming Coldcut record. There will be a full record later this year. Take Care Jeff
