It is in the December issue of Keyboard page 8. Don't look for INFLUX though... my side project Expansion Union was written up. :-P James

(Note that the real URL should be http://www.goldenvoice.com/coachella/ ... or you can go to http://www.kroq.com/promotions/coachella/main.html as well) What is it about? It's America's answer to Tribal Gathering. Who will actually be there? You should be. Oh, you meant the *acts*? Probably most all of them. The promoters are Goldenvoice. They've been around for 20 years. They put on *big* events here in L.A. nowadays. This is NOT A DRILL. It's also being sponsored by KROQ. You know - Weenie Roast, bad "Alternative" crap music (a proud KROQ tradition since 1976). That KROQ. But the point is, this is legit, it will happen, and it's almost mind-blowing how they're willing to make it, esentially, an Electronic Music festival with some big American Indie acts taking the place of Tribal Gathering's Indie/Dance crossover UK bands. Ignoring the Rock/Jazz/Lounge/etc. acts, it's probably the most amazing Electronic Music festival bill in United States history. And if it's anything like Organic '96, it might even be the greatest. Be there or be square. From Sonar to Chocacholo, - Greg
