Album due in February, look for 'COntrolled Developements' on Astralwerks or the CD-singles on Science/Virgin. If you really like the music of these artists you should considering getting their 12" (about 30 by Source Direct, even more from Dillinja, slightly less by the others). I would recommend that you look for records from Partisan, Moving Shadow, and Good Looking labels. All of labels have put out some quality 'pretty' drum n bass tunes. Also check out Dj Krust - True Stories, it's a nice tune and available domestic.

I've always though Wax Doctor and Alex Reese are kind of dodgy. Hidden Agenda are hit and miss. Everyone else listed are pretty consistent at putting out quality releases. _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!? june 1997 Innervisions - Album promo - LP - Infra Red - INFRA LP 1 As delighted with this promo copy no track names will be available thoughout this review. Quite many compilations, but not that many solo albums in drum 'n bass came around, after the bunch 4 Hero, Goldie and A Guy Called Gerald, late '95. 1997 seems better with album releases by Boymerang, Roni Size and especially this one by J Majik. This guy goes really into the deep. Darker stuff, beautiful downtempo stuff as Mermaids, but most of all droppin' his own strong style of futuristic and mystic music. Absolutely fabulous! Agreed. I found this on cd and loved it. If you like this, dig up Arcon 2 as well (looking at the credits, you'll see the connection). jeff marsel wrote:
