Sorry for the interruption, but on the same topic (kind of...). I really like the new Method Man song (I really liked his first album), really stands out from alot of the other stuff in the same genre. Is the whole album like this? I don't buy any rap/hip-hop/whatever/Wu-Tang at all but that track just really stands out to me. I'd really like to hear more releases that follow this type of song. Thanks for listening, Rusty

I think I heard the song you mean for the first time today. It struck me as being somewhat Kool Keith-ish for no particular reason. If you're not bothered by the way KK thinks he's going to be the next Larry Flynt or what ever, grab a copy of his album under the name 'Dr. Octogon'... also there's an instumental ver i think. ++It's got the automator ~imw~ ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail. The Automator is on all of the releases, since he's the other half of Dr Octagon. I've heard (very sadly, IMO) that they're doing no more releases. Re: 'T2000', Method Man's new album, I'd say it's pretty consistent, compared to his first, but that 'Tical' had more stand out tracks. There is one track on 'T2000' with a pretty unconventional (for hip-hop) beat moving in triplets, which may be what was getting whoever posted excited... I don't know which tracks are singles. To bring some threads together, people might want to check out the collaboration between Method Man and Red Man. ;) It was a 12" called 'How High' and has some of my favourite moments from both of them. Michael np. 'The All Electric House' - The Voice Stealer (I finally picked this up, and it's well worth it if you like quite antiseptic (ie. 'nu skool') electro... although I find some of the vocal tracks a bit unintentionally funny) ____________________________________________ "Also, he has automatic evasion devices" http://www.vuw.ac.nz/~michael/jj.html
