Program11 has not been released yet on Elypsia. the whites came back last month but had a pressing defect on the b-side so getting remastered/repressed. should be out januaryish. thomas dolby's headspace will release a mix of "corduroy trousers" , a track from the hopefully upcoming full length soon. gian's label kromode will be back in action very soon with the release of FILE01, an electronic only 4 track compilation. this comp, to be released only in beatnik RMF format, consists of the following tracks: masanori ajioka: cash#2 bochum welt: submodules andy (from blue vertigo): andyreminds kim cascone: nektar_endcredits these tracks are all very sweet, and span the range from 80's influenced electro-wave to ambientish soundscapes. the cost of this comp will be only $6 delivered straight to your email inbox and listenable through netscape/beatnik. the tracks are all complete, just working on the final details of the HTML presentation. should be released within the next week or so. let me know if you have questions / are interested and i can let you know how to order. is it just me or does this sound really obnoxious and tedious? i want music on a cd, vinyl, or perhaps a tape. i don't want to have to turn on my computer, load up my browser, turn on my mixer, and etc etc just to listen to some tracks. this sounds really hokey and very unnecessary. -- wells oliver / s0ewoliv@titan.vcu.edu -- we can't stop here! this is bat country!

yeah, but... you could make a CD of it (for personal use, of course). it probably won't be a limited edition. you don't have to go to the store or wait for the mail. definite benefits as far as i'm concerned. alan! On Tue, 15 Dec 1998, wells wrote:
