Thought people should know that the Sonique mp3 player for PC has been updated to version 0.62 (beta). In many ways Sonique is a superior player to WinAmp, as it loads the tracks much faster, the display is gorgeous, but most of all, it's got PITCH CONTROL... :) http://www.sonique.com According to the webpage, they're taking requests for additions to Sonique. I've e-mailed them about adding a cueing interface similar to many professional DJ CD players. Also, I think it would be cool to have the ability to convert MP3 to WAV using the pitch control, in a similar way WinAmp works... great for cheating on CD mixes. :) E-mail them and suggest the comments. maybe you should look at carrot.prohosting.com - they do an amazing program called Virtual Turntables which does all this and a great deal more i.e pitch/nudge/shutdown/BPM calculating and matching/instant cue etc etc etc. they just brought out a plugin which will do all this with audio cds in your cdrom player alongside MP3/WAV. sonique is just a stupid little toy compared to vtt! <waves> Subconscious Geography http://www.sub-con-geo.demon.co.uk +/sale +/cdr
