No direct Laswell involvement, but folks may get a kick out of:

That Means 1460/Brooklyn Jungle Sound System/O.H.M./Trumystic Sound System
Mutant Sound Sytem (MSS 0044-2)
The executive producers on this are Dr. Israel, Soothsayer and Ismael
Allen. Lots of the players are familiar from the MSS/Trumystic Sound
System "Product Three" disc, as well as from various Wordsound projects.
The emphasis is on rap vocals, and i didn't find the result quite as
captivating as "Product Three" - but it's still good fun. The "remix" of
"Junglist" from the Trumystic disc is almost unrecognizable, but very hot.
I was personally pleased to hear some of Mutamassik's scratch work on one
of the Soothsayer cuts.
And apparently MSS will be releasing the next Dr. Israel disc in December.
The larger of the local record stores, which is ordinarily not at all hip
to this stuff, actually has it listed in the featured forthcoming
releases.
