The new issue of XLR8R magazine is out. It has features on Doc Scott 4 Hero Stakka and Skynet John Tejada Meat Beat Manifesto Mixmaster Morris Francois Kervorkian Glastonbury and others The "Nothing Changes" sampler CD contains 1. Squarepusher "Tequila Fish" (from "Big Loada") 2. Autechre "Vose In" (from "V") 3. Meat Beat Manifesto "Acid Again (Dub Again remix)" (from "Actual Sounds...") 4. Plaid "Undoneson" (from "Not For Threes") 5. Plug "Cheesy (amen mix)" (from "Drum 'n' Bass for Papa") 6. The Bowling Green "Think What You're Doing" (from "One Pound Note") 7. Meat Beat Manifesto "Book Of Shadows" (from "Actual Sounds And Voices") 8. Autechre "Corc" (from "V") 9. Plaid "Abla Eedio (freemix)" (from "Not For Threes") 10. My room-mate has this CD, and while listening to it last night ew discovered that several of the tracks, while they may seem like they are regular LP tracks, are in fact slightly different mixes of the songs. It's worth the $2.95... Nate On Wed, 11 Nov 1998, Greg Earle wrote:

Er, I've only heard the CD once, the other night, and I seem to recall that the first (squarepusher) track is a little different, and I seem to recall that a couple other ones were. Sorry I can't remember, it was sort of background music for me the other as I was doing some other stuff...
