Actually it is Anti-Pop Consortium. New Rap trio outta New York(?). One
of the other members, Beans, has appeared previously on Curse of the Golden
Vampire (a Techno Animal/Alec Empire collaboration) via DHR. Out this week
on Jazz Fudge is The Isolationist "Hydrogen Crush", which is DJ Vadim,
Primecuts (of England's answer to ISP--Scratch Perverts), and Anti Pop
Consortium. The track is previously featured on Vadim/Primecuts mixtape
and is overly swell. 12" should be well worthwhile. (Haven't gotten one
yet, but BentCrayon lists it as "in stock" so hopefully it is on its way.)
12" should feature 3 mixes of that track and 2 of another. Full length to
follow in '99.
