Waste of time. I got it. Was hoping it'd be full of short tracks like the Gescom (think, 80 tracks of the "Jones rhythm" and 20 tracks of "random Noise", perhaps 10 of "middle east sounds"...then hit random and you have the M-Gauze production kit!). But it's only 4 tracks, about 40 minutes long. nothing new or exciting. I gotta remember to stop buying stuff from that guy. I really like his work, but how many copies of the same cd do you need! ;) Lance listed about a million things and then said:

Just got some info on a very interesting new WMO release called "Dugga Dugga Dugga." It's a continuous disco mix of the infamous Wire piece "Drill". It features remix versions by Chris & Cosey, Phthalocyanine, Rheberg/Bauer/Potuznik, Electric Company, Twinkotherm, Ex-Lion Tamers, and others. It has been continuously mixed/edited by Mark Gage aka Vapourspace.

I thought I was the only person who even dug the "Drill" release . . . it elicited pretty negative responses when it initially appeared as I recall. I was heavily into Reich at that moment so it fit me perfectly. I've always meant to sample it but have never got around to it. Have you any other information as to when and where and by whom it will be realeased? 337is "drill drill drill, dugga dugga dugga."
