From Schifrin to... Shazna?!? Geez, Ken, of all the Japanese artists you
could have remixed... Shazna, for the Jpop-challenged IDMers, are 3 guys
who play dull ambisexual glam rock, with lotsa lipstick, mascara, and
tired posturing in frocks. As is their wont, Japanese teenage girls have
made big stars out of these geezers. The lead singer, Izam, looks like
the love child of Boy George (circa Karma Chameleon) and Marilyn Manson,
and can't sing. Hopefully Ken managed to turn some of that stuff into
gold.
