I would quite recommend the new Infiniti 'Skynet' album on Tresor. Both of
the exclusive Infiniti tracks that were scheduled to be on the mix cd are on
there (Skyway and Body Oil) plus a whole bunch more new stuff. It's a really
excellent album, with some very funky tracks mixed with more subtle
introspective material. Some of the material is a bit Basic Channely (course
you might well say Basic Channel sounds a bit like Juan Atkins) other tracks
like 'Postcard from the Future' are crazy electronic funk complete with wacky
vocals by Juan.
The mix disc should be okay, but I'd go after the Infiniti album first.
