This summer I recall, from the credits of Steven Soderberg's underrated "Out of Sight", seeing Holmes' name listed as the 'composer' for the score. I thought the music was quite good, actually.....something akin to funki porcini without the, for lack of a better term, machine madness sounds.....I think the film was a Columbia release so it should be widely available.... Has this been mentioned already?? ::a:::n:::d:\_|=|_/:r:::e:::w:: aminett@julian.uwo.ca

I mentioned it a while ago when the movie first came out, but yes - excellent movie, excellent soundtrack. Maybe I'm biased because half of it's set in Detroit, but oh well. Bill wells wrote:

Great soundtrack. Should be readily available from many online sources, including cdnow.com. Also pick up his LP _Lets get Killed_. All of his work is deeply funky. Also pick up the singles of _My Mate Paul_ and _Grittyshaker_. -- Niraj Agarwalla Personal Claims - MIG Weston, MA x27520 SDN: 8-462-7520 FAX: 781-891-6673

This is indeed true. I seem to remember that the dialogue from the movie was used to introduce each track.... \|/ @--out----------*--+what-I-got-in-my-head-you-can't-buy-steal-or-borrow /|\ -Primal Scream --Paul p. "To find your mind, you have to lose it first"
