anyone pick up the learning skin by jowonio productions? been a fan of john s. work for a bit and just heard a few tracks new to me and john had said that one was a bit more representative of the learning skin (and future releases) than compression. any reviews greatly appreciated... btw - if you haven't heard jowonio productions, a few things maybe want to check out: compression (available via john i believe) learning skin (available via Beaver@twintub.force9.co.uk) priveleged frames for reference comp (v/vm) map one comp (subcon) some of the material explores territory that might be considered outside the strict confines of what is considered 'idm', but it definately belongs here too :) if you happen to have *no* idea what i'm talking about, his page is at : http://users.netmatters.co.uk/jowonio_productions/ well worth checking out (writes, performs, etc too) brap@sonic.net icq_12645306 http://www.sonic.net/~brap/ coming sooner than later: sfwd0004 - pre-mil·len·ni·um soundscapes 12" our future has never been so frightening: http://williamshatner.com/

Deserves respect. Point two: If anyone out there is shit hot on psycho-acoustics, ie Haas delays, spacial awareness etc., get in touch. I have an idea... Point three: I`m thinking of releasing some public domain music in mp3 format. It`ll be available from my web-site and I`ll keep you informed of all releases as and when they happen, but I was thinking, is there anyone else out there who`s into releasing some free music over the net? Get in touch, cos it`s a serious project I`ve got in mind. I`m not making any money out of music anyway, so why not give it out free? I must be drunk. <---HEATsink--->
